I, Jack

I’m Jack!   I’m Jack!  I am a thick dog…REALLY THICK!  I have a Packleader, Packlady and three apedog puppies.  I love them more than MEAT!  A girl dog moves in next door and I so hope she will become my Packlady.  HAPPY DOG!  I will leave her a wet message to let her know how big and strong I am!  Students will chuckle as they read about Jack’s adventures from the dog’s absurd perspective.

Ideas and Activities:

It would be fun to challenge the students to think like an animal.  They could start a journal or diary from the animal’s point of view.
